Opening in New Tab

When we changed the default opening behavior to open results the same tab we expected some backlash, but there were also some valid complaints that:

• Choosing to open in a new tab by pressing the ctrl key doesn't work (middle mouse button works)
• There should be a setting to choose the default behavior
• On mobile, all buttons should be shown

We have chosen to implement all three.
