Dark stylesheet alternative

MetaGer should have an optional dark design. There are currently two ways to implement such alternative styles: using the alternative styles mechanism (which requires manual user action) and the prefers-color-scheme media query (which is activated automatically by the user agent). I propose that we use alternate styles first, so we can have users test it and activate it using media queries when feedback is positive.
