MetaGer behaviour in case of missing search words (site: )

Proposal of the SUMA-Member Armin Krejsa: Example: "site: taz.de": instead of "You didn't enter any words" and "We couldn't find any results" or something the "taz" of "taz.de" could be used as a search word.
