Mistakes that need to be fixed

I noticed a few mistakes that need to be fixed:

in general:

• the navigationbar icon needs an alt-text
• help page Mainpages: The php-pics need an alt-text
• Transparency-Page: The picture on this page needs an alt-text
• Settings used Search engine: The option to select certain search engines is not usable for everyone. Colorblind people and blind people can't use this feature. Maybe we should show the text as strikethrough when the search engine is not active as well.

german version:

• Startseite Gemeinnütziger Verein: MetaGer wird mehrfach das G klein geschrieben
